Haha, np — that makes sense.  The tag normally instructs your emacs mail
client to sign the email with your GPG key, but it looks like there is
actually a small error in it:
>> > <#secure method=pgpmime mode=sign>
       ^--- Exclamation mark shouldn't be there.
