guile-scmutils v0.1

This is a port of (so far just some of) the scmutils package for symbolic
algebra from mit scheme to guile, in an effort to make scmutils
available on a wider variety of architectures/operating systems.

Only the basic "kernel" files have been ported - enough to do 
symbolic derivatives of functions on vectors and matrices.  See
