glug.org changes

the directory:

  http://www.glug.org/patches/

now contains a collection of patches (at this time, only one, but that
will probably change after some archive diving).  note that small- to
medium-sized patches should still be posted to the mailing lists; this
page is for very large, many-file-touching patches.

in other news, http://www.glug.org/docbits/srfi-watch.html has been
updated, and there is now a link from the docbits index to recently
posted module system signatures write-up and code.
