Support for partial files like ccache?

Hi

I participate in the guix project. 

The site-ccache of guile does not support partials of files and every
update to our scheme-files.

This means i'm stuck compiling big files again and again though only
small parts of the files has changed in between.  

Would you be willing to include Guile scheme support in ccache or are
you aiming to support only the C-family?
