Now that srfi-22 is in final status, once we get 1.6 out, I'll go back
and look at my command-line parsing (scm code) re-write and see how it
compares.
We'll probably also want to discuss what ways we might want to change
guile's default behavior to more closely match the srfi (esp where
the changes don't cause backward incompatibilities).
