Currently, the doc snarf output in libguile/guile.texi includes
comments saying the file and line number whence each docstring was
snarfed. For example:
@c snarfed from alist.c:58
A copy of guile.texi (doc/maint/guile.texi) gets checked into CVS as
part of the automatic doc updates mechanism, and the existence of the
line numbers (which often change) causes a rather unnecessary amount
of CVS protocol traffic.
So, does anyone mind if I change the doc snarf jobs to omit the line
numbers?
