I just tried and committed a small fix to anon-cvs.html, using `make
singlefile=anon-cvs.html one-no-commit', then later doing `cvs
commit'.  Works now.  I can't reproduce the problems I had earlier,
but I think all is fine now.  Sorry for the confusion.
