    Custom bv-u8-ref lowering procedure
    
    * module/language/tree-il/compile-cps.scm (untag-bytevector-index):
      (ensure-bytevector, prepare-bytevector-access): New helpers.
      (bv-u8-ref): New lowerer.
    * module/language/cps/types.scm (annotation->type):
    * module/language/cps/effects-analysis.scm (annotation->memory-kind):
      Support bytevectors.
