[PATCH] grub-mkconfig: Use -c instead of --printf for stat

"--printf" only works with the stat variant provided by coreutils.

With busybox, stat will fail with the following error:
stat: unrecognized option '--printf=%T'

Usage: stat [OPTIONS] FILE...
