The groff_book has been around for several years, I did not write it! Up until
now you had to have a full latex installation to build the book into a pdf
format. All I've done is allowed the book to be fully built by groff itself,
and replaced some placeholder tags which held minimal text with their man page
text.

So the only thing I did was write a script which attempts to convert the
sources which were texinfo and man into troff code so that they can be
combined into one pdf reference.
