Please follow the guide at
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/SshAccess/
to set (or add) your SSH key. On the other hand, since you were able
to successfully commit data to the CVS, it might also be a temporary
glitch on the Savannah side – I don't know whether git access needs
renewed SSH keys.
