I don't know the answer! -- but I would presume you need one or more
fonts with the Blackboard letters. The ones I've found in a quick look
are from TeX, and they are made by Metafont, and I haven't found any
type1 versions. You could try using -Tdvi with these fonts. Have a look
at the CTAN archive, eg
