I've fixed that now for -mm and -ms.  From the ChangeLog file:

    * tmac/s.tmac, contrib/mm/m.tmac: Enable all warnings only if no
    -W or -w option is given on the command line (or rather, if only
    the default warnings are set).

Please test.
