I have an old Uputronics, but it's tie wrapped up on a shelf where I can't
easily get a scope probe on it. They use uBlox. I'm not sure which one.
It
is unlikely to make any difference.
The default pulse width should be in the data sheets.
I couldn't find it. Grumph. So change that to "will be in good data
sheets."
=============================
Hal,
As I reported and measured this morning, the Uputronics gives a 100 ms
pulse. The data sheet is here for the MAX-M8Q module:
https://www.u-blox.com/sites/default/files/MAX-M8_DataSheet_%28UBX-13004644%29.pdf
but you will see from section 17.1 of the data sheet that the timing pulse
can be programmed, so to imply that the ublox data sheet is "bad" is not
correct.
Cheers,
David
