[gpsd-dev] small test fixes just pushed

I just pushed a change to gpsfake to print out both sys.platform and
platform.platform().  (It turns out fake.py was keying off sys.platform
while platform.platform() was being printed.)

I also added an explict stanza for netbsd, with the same times as
default, and one for OS X with extra long delays, even though it still
doesn't work.

I am 99% sure my changes won't affect anything but mac.
