With 5 runs (not slow mode), I see

Regression test FAILED: 17 errors in 89 tests total (0 not found).
Regression test FAILED: 25 errors in 89 tests total (0 not found).
Regression test FAILED: 6 errors in 89 tests total (0 not found).
Regression test FAILED: 13 errors in 89 tests total (0 not found).
Regression test FAILED: 37 errors in 89 tests total (0 not found).

which defintely fits the timing syndrome.
