[gomd-devel] <DAEMON> some changes and howto converted to PDF

Hi all.

Now support classes uses the standard support class interface.
As required by roeles, the HOWTO now is available _also_ in PDF file format
(check new docs/howto directory =>
http://savannah.nongnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/gomd/gomd/docs/howto/). :)
