I'd like to start chasing accommodation this week, so two questions
for people are planning on attending (if you're not on the list
above, just let me know):

1) Is mid-week a weekend, or some overlap more convenient?

you prefer student accommodation (cheap, and we can put everyone in
the same college), or fellows guest rooms (3-day limit, nicer rooms,
limited availability)

I am still very much interested in this meeting, but wont be able to
attend on the very last weekend in June. It would be great to find some
other date for it.

Whether we have the meeting during the week or over the weekend is of no concern to me. I hope to be in the UK for two weeks of holiday and will be able to make it anyway. (Apart from that last weekend in June).

You should put some numbers to the rooms, to make it easier to decide. And if these are rooms within some of the older colleges I may even decide to stay there as well. In which case I would need a double room.
