Not exactly.  I'd like to have a (very) cut-down version of a subset Foundation 
in the kernel and support ARC.  I'd also like things along the lines of the 
TypedArray in WebGL so that Smalltalk code can do byte-accurate addressing, for 
example to address hardware.
