Any ideas about when and how to be able to add in "objective" sOap notes things
like
weight
blood pressure
??
Also, I notice that the measurement that is abbreviated as "RR" could be any of
"respiratory rate"
"blood pressure measured with a specific sphygmomanometer"
"relative risk"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_medical_abbreviations:_R
… any idea how blood pressure came to be abbreviated "RR"? In idiosyncratic
North America, we measure blood pressure in mmHg (no doubt using different
devices than in Europe) and we abbreviate it
BP
--> can this be added to "base" GNUmed?
and for respiratory rate we use
RR
--> how to handle in GNUmed?
--> use instead BF for "breath frequency"?
BTW here are some links to other abbreviations
