What is the proposed workflow / navigation / functionality / display within the
notelet?
More specifically:
- shall we assume most users will wish the Codes fields to be included or
excluded from the tabbing order? Including them spares the user having to use
the mouse to enter the field of interest, however this is a lot of extra
tabbing if it turns out that users only sometimes input into some of the
fields, but not usually most of them
- what will happen on setting focus inside a Codes field?
press down cursor and phrasewheel opens?
type > 2 letters and phrasewheel can be opened?
if more than one codeset exists, how to select between & among?
how to
- enter a 2nd, 3rd code within the Codes field
- select / edit / delete a 2nd, 3rd code
- will entered codes "float" into future notelets for the same episode (and
even new episodes under the same health issue, e.g diabetes) so that it can be
seen that they were already entered and not having to be re-entered every time?
Or will entered codes only ever exist in relation to the particular row against
which they were entered? Seems like the meaning and context are different for
conditions / diagnoses as compared to procedures.
