[Gnumed-bugs] Unhandled exception altering document part sequence 1->2 (when 2 already exists)

While editing a document part (part 1 of 2) I thought

        Part 1 is a fax of lab results
        Part 2 id the referral letter

        … I woud rather position the lab PDF to follow the referral letter

so I thought

        … I will set the Part 1 sequence to be #2
        … I will set the Part 2 sequence to be #1

        (because why set 1 to 3, then 2 to 1, then 3 to 2)
        (that feels like too much work)

however maybe there is no clean way to achieve this presently.

(I will send the log privately because it concerned a real patient whose name 
and year of birth I replaced, but I might have missed something)
