Excellent. I merged the mac branch into master (it only
contained some threading test code over master so far
anyway).

The trick is finding/provoking them which requires actually
running the client on the platform in question so unless
someone on Mac actually tests the functionality we won't be
finding the bugs :-)

You mean test on Mac or test in general ? In any case any
testing is useful if it uncovers bugs :-)
Regular testing of the master branch is particularly useful.
