This is a nice enhancement to the HTML views.

Here's a start on the intro to the regress.pl documentation, which
probably deserves a texi file, as soon as I figure out how to get
the documentation to build under cygwin.

The Perl regression suite consists of two parts:
 1) The driver program (regress.pl) which:
   * Runs the regression tests, invoking the GNU Go program.
   * Captures the trace output, board position, and pass/fail status,
        sgf output, and dragon status information.

 2) The interface to view the captured output (regress.plx) which:
   * Never invokes GNU Go.
   * Displays the captured output in helpful formats (i.e. HTML).
