I don't want to be a party pooper, but there already is a go program
written with FLTK: Vizigo (http://vizigo.sourceforge.net/).  It
doesn't seem to have a GnuGo or GTP/GMP client feature, but it does let
you play at the IGS or NNGS. Adding your functionality to Vizigo would
be a very good thing (or vice versa of course).
