Hello!
Could someone point me to an example to integrate user authentication
with the gnue-appserver?
>From what I've read in the white paper and the sample directory, I would
need to import the samples/auth.gcd file into my project. Then I would
expect to be able to manage the access of users to certain classes.
This is a good start, but I also need is to manage access to certain
forms. Also access to the certain classes (like I would imagine the
gnue_useraccess class itself) on which a user should be allowed to read
other user entries with the exception of the password yet only be
allowed to write a certain qualified subset.
I'm currently trying to create a .gld to then derive a form to
gracefully handle password. But I'm missing a style property for fields
that bullet replaces the entered characters with bullets. Is this
feature missing or just not documented (or did I miss the documentation)?
Cheers,
David
