This bug is now fixed and pushed

main repo. Please see the commit description for the more on the solution.
In short, we now check write-access also, and make another `.gnuastro_mmap'
directory if we don't have write permissions in the `.gnuastro' directory.
Ultimately, we'll just write the memmory-mapped hidden file in the current
directory.
