This task has been completed as part of a larger process and pushed
<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/commit/?id=5a2f382> to the main
repo. MakeCatalog can now read the Sky and Sky standard deviation datasets as
a single-element-per-tile array. It will also only load datasets that are
necessary for the requested columns.
