Details:

After the 0.2.206 release, Alan Lefor reported that the `--version' option
does not show in the output of `--help' on his Mac OS X (10.12.4) machine.
However, it worked on the Scientific Linux that was installed on a virtual
machine within the Mac OS X.

This was not a problem in Gnuastro 0.2.28 on Mac OS X.

The `--version' option (as well as the `--help' and `--usage' options) is not
actually controlled by Gnuastro but by the GNU C Library's Argp
<https://www.gnu.org/software/libc/manual/html_node/Argp.html> routines (Which
Gnuastro implements through Gnulib's implementation so it can be usable on non
GNU systems also).

The only major change from version 0.2.28 that I can think of now is a
modification in the options structure of Argp to allow more information for
each option in bootstrap.conf
<http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuastro.git/tree/bootstrap.conf#n129> (the
part that discusses `argp_option'). However, I can't see how can be the cause
of this Mac OS X-only behavior. Most probably it is something else.
