    Release: necessary changes for version 0.22
    
    Until now, the latest official release of Gnuastro was version 0.21. But
    many new features have been added and it is time to release the official
    version 0.22.
    
    With this commit, all the suggested changes in the release checklist are
    implemented in the source for version 0.22.
