Help by Bob Proulx included in the "Acknowledgments"
Bob Proulx has been very helpful in maintaining the Gnuastro Git server on
Savannah with very prompt replies and fixes. So his help was gratefully
acknowledged in the "Acknowledgments" section of the book.
