"Piracy" is pretty harmless propaganda, IMHO.  Here in Germany, the
local equivalent of the MPAA shows a movie ad which purports the notion

Much as I disagree with Alexander's legal theories, I don't agree that
such propaganda should be reacted to with equally incorrect counter-
propaganda.  In my view, what Alexander proposes is clearly copyright
infringement, and the fact that he primarily tries to hurt a volunteer
organization like the FSF makes it all the worse.  But I wouldn't call
it "theft".
