I would like more free distributions to see being
approved. So I am not favoring Hyperbola
GNU/Linux-libre.

I can see the checklist for Hyperbola fully
completed here:
https://libreplanet.org/wiki/Hyperbola

And I can see the page on incoming distributions
here:
https://libreplanet.org/wiki/Incoming_distros#Distros_currently_being_evaluated_by_the_community

yet I do not see a checklist for those other
distributions, and I can see on their websites
that they cannot by merits be compared to
Hyperbola GNU/Linux-libre

Sorry I am not that eloquent. I am interested to
see progress, that is all.

I cannot agree that "first come, first serve" is
good basis.

Isn't the checklist there for exactly that reason
to speed up the evalutation, so now when checklist
is over, that should be the basis for evaluation
or next step.

So those other distributions shall demonstrate to
be complete distro, that there is no name
confusion, that there are no trademark issues, and
so on, just as given on:
https://libreplanet.org/wiki/Hyperbola and that
would be the list of characteristics that would
push the distribution forward.

In fact when a checklist have been completed so
fully, that would be the reason to speed up.

"No timelines" like you say, is not acceptable by
any standard of this world. For any business we
do, we put timelines and have expectations.

Next time,
Jean
