It is ok to use the term "lax permissive" as a category for X11,
Expat, revised BSD and other similar ones which require almost
nothing, instead of saying explicitly which one it is.

However, for other non-copyleft licenses and weak-copyleft licenses,
including Apache, MPL, and original BSD, it is important to give the
license's name.  Especially if the license is an unusual one.
