Consider this:
Black (or dark blue?) t-shirt, design to be printed in golden yellow.
Front:
GNU (and Freedo?) in the center of a spiral galaxy with 16 arms, each
ending at one of the distros. No distro names. “GNU STARS” on top or
bottom, in a font and arrangement that reminds of the STAR WARS logo:

Back:
Star Wars-like roll-up saying something like:
A long time ago, in a galaxy one click away,
the evil Empire fell to the freedom alliance,
thanks to wholly Free GNU/Linux-libre distros:
ututo.org, gnewsense.org, trisquel.info, ...
Linux-libre.FSFLA.org, gnu.org/distros
Use the Source, Luke, all of it! Ready are you?
Maybe add the occasional yellow dot (stars) here and there, the GNU and
Freedo logos left and right of the top of the roll-up.
Can anyone implement this, hopefully reusing (to some extent, because of
the reversal of foreground/background colors) the logos at
http://fsfla.org/blogs/lxo/draft/fisl2010-shirt/
Bonus points for giving GNU and Freedo light sabers ;-)
