isearchb.el 1.5

This version of isearchb.el fixes several bugs.  It also depends upon
a modified version of iswitchb.el (soon to be checked into CVS).

isearchb.el is like isearch applied to iswitchb: It makes it trivial
to switch to commonly used buffers by typing just a few characters.
Whereas with iswitchb it took 6 keystrokes to locate my *Group*
buffer, now it just takes 3.
