[GNU Crypto] JCE Adapters

I've just made the following commits:

+ Adapter classes for ciphers and macs added, placed into the cipher and
mac subpackages of gnu.crypto.jce.
+ Addition of params and spec subpackages for algorithm parameters and
parameter specs. Cipher and MAC implementations of these as appropriate.
+ Existing adapters moved into subpackages by type (hash, prng, and sig).
+ JUnit test cases for the new adapters added.
+ Supporting files updated accordingly.
