[Gnu-arch-users] [BUG] partial commit with names tagging

names tagging uses the files' names as their id so when committing a
filelist one must specify the whole name starting from tree root unlike
with the other tagging methods where the basename suffices

ex:
in tree a/b/c/filename

tla commit -- filename does not work

only 

tla commit -- ./a/b/c/filename
