The changes here allow tla to automatically detect which ssh/sftp
version is in use (unless configured otherwise, trying ssh and then
lshc). It currently detects OpenSSH, LSHC and F-Secure ssh. I was going
to add support for putty but found out that putty doesn't support a "-V"
option to get its version. I am filing a bug report on putty with a
patch, so hopefully I can add that for later versions of putty, once the
patch gets merged or merged in changed form.
