After a period of silence caused by network problems,
i`ve finally pushed the update to tlator.

The current release of tlator provides the following features:

- archive browsing and manipulation
        - registration, modification, creation
- archive mirroring support, with status display
        - a brand new Archive Migration to Full Signedness
          in Three Clicks (tm)
- revision library functionality
- standalone delta application/reversion
- central off-archive standalone delta storage
- source tree manipulations including:
        - import/commit
        - setting default version
        - browsing/adding/deleting logversions
        - browsing missing patchlogs
        - inventory browsing/file viewing
        - changes browsing with diff viewing
        - sync-tree functionality

It`s possible i`ve missed something... find out yourself :-)

The tlator distribution archive location was changed to:

        http://sourcecontrol.net/~sgromoff/{archives}/address@hidden/

Also, i announce, that starting with this release i stop
active development of tlator, mainly for the lack of time.

This means that a volunteer to pick it up is desperately needed :-)
