PyArchitect 1.1 - a ridiculously grandiose name for a simple Python script
that guides you through the process of creating a new archive or project
- has been released. It's useful for newbies, and people creating a number
of archives (you can just hit ENTER ENTER ENTER for most questions if you
set it up right).

Main changes since 1.0:
- Supports signed archives (PyArchitect's own archive is now signed)
- An RPM is now available, for those that like to install everything via
rpm to track dependencies.
