	I'm interested in using this for my p4 gateway, but I'm a bit lost at 
the intended usage.

	I believe I'd want to do something like a ``tla missing'' to get a 
list of Changesets that have not yet been applied and then apply the 
Changeset and make the appropriate p4 adjustments.

	Are there any pointers to how one might do this?  An equivalent of 
``tla missing'' seems to be, um, missing.  :)
