[Gnu-arch-users] Segfault: .id files.

In a regular project directory:

  % touch foo.id
  % tla tree-lint
  zsh: segmentation fault  tla tree-lint

The problem seems to be in tree_lint_callback.  It doesn't handle the
case well of the id file not being inside of the .arch-ids directory.

If I already have a pattern to ignore this '.id' file, then it works
fine.
