[Gnu-arch-users] partial commit with names tagging

Hello

it looks like when names tagging is used tla commit -- must be passed
the files with a ./ preffix so they match their inventory ids.

i.e tla commit -- file.c won't work only tla commit -- ./file.c

maybe the args should be checked and prefixed with ./ by tla in this
case for consistency.
