Hi,

With the recent discussion on making .rej files unrecognized, I thought
I would kill two birds with one stone: 
First, make that the default.  Secondly, move everything else (like .o,
etc) from the default unrecognized regexp to the junk regexp.  Since we
now default to explicit tagging, there is no reason to have these things
in the default unrecognized regexp.  This way someone can use tla out of
the box exactly like how cvs/svn/whatever are used for typical projects.
