AT drivers now work around phones returning an error for empty phonebook

Subject: AT drivers now work around phones returning an error for empty phonebook locations

I just pushed a change affecting all AT drivers that prevents
propagation of bogus GN_ERR_INVALIDLOCATION to applications and I
would appreciate some testing from people in this mailing list.

If your phone is not a Nokia and it works with model=AT, please try
the following commands both with a released version of gnokii and with
a version compiled from git as of today (containing commit
09d4923fe5dc1341070e8420b092202ed9c71eb9):

gnokii --getphonebook SM 1 250
gnokii --getphonebook SM 1 end

You may change SM and 250 with values valid for your phone (eg. ME and 100).

Previously, those commands gave different results when using some
phones: the first would stop with an error at the first empty
location while the second would skip over empty locations without
throwing an error.
Now they both skip over empty locations without throwing an error
(this is how it always worked for Nokias).
