Hi,

grep /usr/lib/libbluetooth * -r did not return anything.

> It is not clear to me where it comes from. Can you please

and show the output?

Cross compilation happens with a shell script.
Starts with following lines, it is excerpt from shell script.
.
.
.
  fn_cleanUntarInstallPkgFolder
  fn_installPkgForDingdong
  if make ; then
    echo -ne "\n\n\e[01;32mInstallation of \e[01;35m$INSTALLER_NAME\e[01;32m"
echo -ne " development files for TARGET on HOST complete.\e[00m\n"
  else
echo -ne "\e[01;31m\nCheck and fix this issue :)\n\n\e[00m"
    exit -1
  fi
  ;;
#--

Please find attached gnokiiMakefile that this shell script calls when make is
invoked. Also find attached gnokiiMakefile.arm, this is imported by
gnokiiMakefile. In turn gnokiiMakefile calls gnokii-0.6.29 configure, make
clean, make and make install.

Thank you,
AK

Can you please also tell how do you cross compile? If I can set up the
environment and reproduce it would be easier.

Thank you Danielle,

gnokii --identify worked right so I didn't think I should have to modify
the .config/gnokii/config.

xgnokii now works on my nokia 6021.

allow_breakage = 1

I didn't think of that entry as something that was applicable in this
case. :-) I know I should have read the comments in the file....

I thought of it as breaking the lock that some pathetic phone companies
put on mobile phones to try to stop you from going to another phone company.

So I could break my phone. Too bad.

Thanks for your help

Subject: xgnokii: generic icon in Xfce Task List and alt+tab window
Message-ID: <address@hidden>
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8; format=flowed

Hello :-)

When running xgnokii under Xfce, the icon displayed in the Task List and
alt+tab window is a generic window.

In case it helps, I had a similar problem with urxvt which was fixed by
building with libAfterImage library integration enabled (later changed
to the preferred pixbuf library). AFAIK under Xfce, applications set
their own icons via _NET_WM_ICON as described at
http://standards.freedesktop.org/wm-spec/wm-spec-1.3.html#id2507733

The version of xgnokii was built from gnokii source downloaded from
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnokii.git/snapshot/gnokii-master.tar.gz on
5 March at 16:48 UTC.

The essential build steps were:

libtoolize -c -f
glib-gettextize -f -c
intltoolize --force --copy --automake
aclocal -I m4/
autoheader -I m4/
automake --add-missing
autoconf
./configure \
   --prefix=/usr \
   --libdir=/usr/lib64 \
   --sysconfdir=/etc \
   --localstatedir=/var \
   --mandir=/usr/man \
   --docdir=/usr/doc/gnokii--master.110505-16:48UTC \
   --disable-static \
   --enable-security \
   --build=x86_64-slackware-linux
