Thanks for your work and here are my comments:

1. Please change reference from PostgreSQL to sqlite in the comment at begining
of sqlite.c.

2. Don't include patch for db.h. It is not necessary for sqlite support.

3. Please update man page and README file.

I have not tested or compiled the patch.
