I just tried the proposed changed udev rules and added a line for 6303
# Nokia 6303
ATTRS{idVendor}=="0421", ATTRS{idProduct}=="01b0", MODE="0660", GROUP="plugdev"

dku2libusb connection worked fine although I don't know how to check
if this rule did any difference.
