Thats what I guessed - I'm looking for another 6210 (some other
the other admins think they have them at home - they used to
be a standard work phone in our office)

The phone does not respond. If it was working and suddenly stopped I'd
suspect some hardware failure (unless any other part of software was
changed). But check cable-computer connection to be sure.
